Participation fee cover accommodation and all meals during festival, field trips, workshop materials. In participants fee is not included travel costs and personal expenses!!!
Accepted participants will pay the participants fee on arrival, at the registration.
If you want to take a part in our festival fill the registration form earlier you can!!!
Visa
Do you need VISA?
For most of our guests VISA is not necessary. EU citizens, citizens of EU membership candidate countries, Croatia, the USA and Canada do not need visas for Serbia.
The documents needed to get a visa are:
- Valid Passport
- Return ticket
- Official letter of invitation from organizers of “eYouWiNS”
- Proof of sufficient funds in hard currency
- Certificate that a health fund shall cover the medical costs in Serbia
The Official Letter of Invitation
We will start sending the invitation letters when the application deadline is over or when the number of participants is reached. We will send them by regular mail. However, if you would like to receive a copy by e-mail (attached .pdf or image document) or by fax, please let us know.
