Workshop: POSTCARDS
Marija Mitic was born in 1981 in Zajecar. She majored in English language and literature at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. Upon graduation, she worked as a teacher in a language school in Belgrade. In 2007 she attended a nine-month course for intercultural youth trainers in Switzerland, under the auspices of UNESCO. During 2008 she led and facilitated numerous workshops throughout Serbia, on various topics (culture, discrimination, youth activism, human rights, etc). She co-led and assisted intercultural courses and seminars in Switzerland as well. Besides teaching activities, she freelances as a translator/interpreter (written, consecutive, simultaneous).
In her free time, Marija likes to read, play table-tennis, go out with her friends and dance wherever and whenever possible.
Workshop: NEWSPAPER
Milica Kravic was born in 1987 in Backa Palanka. Since she was a child she worked as a volunteer in a local NGO – Festival of Ecological Theatre for Children. When she finished High school in her hometown, in 2007 she attended a nine-month course for intercultural youth trainers in Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation in Switzerland, under the auspices of UNESCO. During her stay in Switzerland she had an opportunity to work with children and youth from all over the world. In 2008 Milica implemented her project about discrimination of children from special schools and their integration to the society. She also facilitated workshops about mediation in an NGO in Kraljevo. This year she became a student of Journalism at the Faculty of Phylosophy in Novi Sad.
Workshop: FLAGS
Maja Pajic, professional artist, youth activists and volunteer. She finished Art School in Novi Sad. In last few years Maja was leading or took part in many international events connected with art, youth rights, multiculturalism, volunteer management etc. in our country and abroad. She is one of co-funder of Youth Club in Backa Palanka, where she works also as coordinator of creative workshop. Maja is active member of Festival of Ecological Theater for Children and she is giving important impact in work with children and youth with fewer opportunities. In free time Maja is singing in church choir and she is making vitraz.
Workshop: SCULPTURE
Arpad Site was born in 1981 in Subotica, but curently lives between Serbia and Isreal. He studied Academy of Fine Art in Budapest and Pedagogy on University in Subotica. Arpad is profesional artist, youth worker, trainer, animator etc. He is coordinator of different kinds of workshops in StandArt Multiplex & Fine Art colony and for many years he was teacher of creative education in JDC camp in Hungary. His rich experience brougth him, as youth animator and moderator of drama and art workshops, around world (Hungary, Israel, Turkey, Bulgaria, Macedonia etc.). Arpad won fellowship of the ring award “Best of Hungarian top 10 painting” by Ede Sinkovics, Urban Animation award for playground Israel (Jerusalem), “International Visual Art Fellowship” – Visual Arts and Craft Board, Szarvas Hungary and “KMV the best High School artist” – golden medal.
Workshop: PERFOMANCE and MASK
Zoran Zlatkovic (1974) from Belgrade, professional politicologist and journalist. Institutor and initiator of Theatre OKO – Organization of creative Grouping where he is active as project coordinator and trainer. In last few years Zoran was occupied in many organisation as copywriter, web portal editor, journalist, animator, youth worker etc. He has rich experience with international programme in the fields of interculturalism, drama and theater, inclusion, human rights, voluntary management, discrimination and stereotypes. Zoran is author and director of many plays, performance, choreography etc. He is moderator of drama creative workshops for children and teenagers and different educational workshops.
Workshops coordinator
Ljiljana Cumura Zizic (1978), student of sociology and youth worker. Trainer in the field of project management, team building, volunteerism, intercultural learning, youth activism, non-verbal communication etc. Experienced in the programs and projects connected with art, music, theatre, youth policy and social work (especially with youth and children with fewer opportunities or from marginalized groups). She took part on many international events, as trainer, moderator, coordinator etc. Ljiljana was active as journalist on radio & newpapers, and she is author of many brochures and articles connected with sociology, education, sport, youth activism and art.
