Participation fee cover accommodation and all meals during festival, field trips, workshop materials. In participants fee is not included travel costs and personal expenses!!!
Accepted participants will pay the participants fee on arrival, at the registration.
If you want to take a part in our festival fill the registration form earlier you can!!!
Accommodation during festival
During festival participants will accommodate in a student hostel “Dom A” and “Dom B”. Rooms in these hostels are for one or two persons. It contains a washbasin and bedclothes are supplied.
Toilets and showers are in all rooms. Hostels is located about one kilometers from the city centre and one kilometers from University campus. Meals for all participants will be served in the student restaurant which is located in university campus. This hostel contains “internet room” and all facilities for comfortably “student life”!!!
The participation in festival covers the accommodation and all meals during the festival.
